Officials from the Customs and Monopolies Agency of Naples, together with personnel from the Anti-Drug section of the Police Headquarters, seized 163 blocks of cocaine last Sunday, for a gross weight of approximately 188 kg, found inside a container coming from South America and landed in the port of the city Shipping Italy reported

The checks, explains a note from the same Customs, allowed them to locate the container in the hold of the ship, and to find that it appeared to be without a policy seal.
A load of plums
The search operations, following the landing, allowed them to find hidden among the packaging of the legal one, a load of plums. According to the officials’ estimates, the sale of the substance, once placed on the market, would have brought in, wholesale, just under five million euros and, from retail sales to consumers, approximately 30 million euros.
