Grimaldi sells one of its Ro-Ro ships to MERNA Shipping

 Ghannem Abdelwaheb, manager of the Spanish-Tunisian company MERNA Shipping announced on Linkedin  the “new expansion of our fleet with the purchase of a ship with a capacity of 2,700 linear meters of cargo and 450 cars”

The photo posted is that of the Eurocargo Istanbul of Malta Motorways of the Seas, a subsidiary of the Grimaldi Group which confirmed to SHIPPING ITALY the sale and imminent delivery of the ship built in 1998 and with a garage loading capacity of 2,500 meters linear.

MERNA manager added, which with the Ro-Ro Saffet Bey operates connections between Italy, Spain, Libya, Alexandria, Jeddah and Jebel Ali via Suez, calling mainly in Genoa but on occasion also in Livorno and Naples.
