- Exclusive Pre-Show Tour to Changi Naval Base (5 May): A rare opportunity for an up-close look at naval operations and warships. *Pre-registration required
- Opening Ceremony (6 May): Featuring a Guest of Honour and a welcome address by Experia, the organizers behind IMDEX Asia.
- International Maritime Security Conference (7 May): A by-invite-only conference; where Chiefs of Navy, Directors-General of Coast Guards and senior naval officials gather for conversations that promote mutual understanding and collaboration for peace and security in Asia-Pacific.

If you are keen to participate, please note that admission to the show is strictly for pre-registered accredited media only; no walk-ins or late applications will be allowed. All attendees will be required to adhere to travel requirements and safe management measures stipulated by Singapore’s authorities.

How to apply for media accreditation
Please note that all individuals are required to submit their media accreditation application online via the IMDEX Asia 2025 website here. Online application is now open and will close on Tuesday, 22 April 2025, 23:59hrs (GMT+08:00). For full media accreditation guidelines, please visit: https://www.imdexasia.com/media/media-accreditation/guidelines. Applicants will need to submit all required documents in order to be accredited for IMDEX Asia 2025.
