Jacek Dubicki has become a member of the management board of Port Gdański Eksploatacja S.A.. He will assume the position of vice president for commercial affairs as of September 2.
Experience than 35 years
He is an experienced manager who has worked in the maritime industry for more than 35 years, most of which have been in the seaports of the Gdansk Bay. He knows the PGE company inside out – in 2017-18 he served as its director of trade and development.
Back of his hand!!
Port Gdański Eksploatacja is a company in the capital group of the Port of Gdańsk Authority S.A.. The largest and most versatile transshipment operator in the Port of Gdansk.
The new vice president knows seaports like the back of his hand. At the beginning of his career, he was associated with the Port of Gdansk (then called Morski Port Handlowy Gdansk S.A.). At Siarkopol Gdansk, he served as Chief Freight Forwarder.
Baltic Container
He worked at BTC – the Baltic Container Terminal Gdynia – where he was president of the board, and at the Port of Gdynia Authority, where, among other things, he coordinated the construction of the Ro-Ro Terminal. He was also president of the Baltic General Cargo Terminal Gdynia (now OT Port Gdynia) for many years.
Board of Stakeholders
Most recently, he was managing director of NTA, which specializes in port and warehouse handling and transportation of cargoes of the timber industry sector, unitized general cargo and chemicals in containers.
At the same time, he was president of the Westerplatte General Cargo Terminal, a subsidiary of NTA. He is a member of the board of directors of the reactivated Board of Stakeholders of the Port of Gdansk.
