It is essential to create a system
Giuseppe Prudente, chief logistics officer of MSC and president of Medlog, declared :It is essential to create a system, creating synergies between private operators, who must ensure the quality and efficiency of services, and public institutions, who must encourage the creation of infrastructures, especially railways, to increase the share of containerized traffic that choose to pass through Southern Europe to reach the continent. Together we can make a difference.”
Federico Pittaluga, CEO of Medlog Holding Italia, added: “The operation just concluded has a strong strategic value because it allows us to further expand the range of action of the MSC Group, integrating specialized skills and strategic resources to always offer logistics solutions more complete and competitive.
Enrico Bazzi, president of MVN underlined: “We are happy to have completed an operation that will allow us to strengthen our position among the main operators offering integrated logistics services and more.
Adding : Being able to count on MSC‘s multi-sector experience will only favor an expansion process that began a few years ago and which will see access to promising new markets in the future, with the aim of positioning the company among the European market leaders.
