The statutory bodies of Angopi, the national association of mooring and boatmen groups serving in Italian ports, have been renewed.according to Shipping Italy
The votes for the renewal of the corporate offices took place on 11 and 12 December 2024 in Pomezia, at the Antonella hotel, during the annual meeting which confirmed the confidence in the president Potestà with a very large majority, confirming the unity of the category.
Approved unanimously
With a change to the statute, approved unanimously, the presidential committee was also expanded with the entry of two new vice presidents, which thus went from three to five. The confirmed Giovanni D’Angelo, Marco Gorin and Ettore Rosalba are joined by Mario Ciampaglia and Alessandro Serra.
Navigation Code
With the installation of the new statutory positions, explains the association in a note, Angopi now looks at the necessary adaptation of the category institutes to the new Regulation for the execution of the Navigation Code, approved with Presidential Decree 93/2024 and which has come into force last July, which strengthens the mooring service as aimed at ensuring the safety of navigation, infrastructure, the environment and the operation of ports and other places of landing or transit of ships.
