With Nav&Co, set off for an unmissable navigation experience!

Free, this mobile application is the result of the collaboration of three public reference organizations, the hydrographic and oceanographic service of the navy (Shom), the general directorate of maritime affairs, fishing and aquaculture (DGAMPA) and the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB). This fun and educational navigation companion allows Seafarers to improve the safety of their trips at sea and invites them to become active in the protection of the marine environment.

Shom nautical charts

Nav&Co is the pleasure of discovering the Shom nautical charts with new interactive functions. Official application for disseminating regulations at sea, it informs the user about the restricted zones directly indicated on the map, and warns them with notifications when they cross them. Alerts are also issued concerning information related to safety at sea: navigation warnings and notices to local navigators (AVURNAV, AVINAV).

Nav&Co is also the discovery of marine biodiversity thanks to more than 3,000 points of interest which inform the boater about the seabed (seagrass, kelp, maërl, etc.) and animals (fish, birds and marine mammals) that he crosses on his route.

In InfoNautic mode,

In InfoNautic mode, users have access to current maritime regulations, buoyage information, and information relating to safety at sea which concerns their immediate environment.

In Discovery mode, young and old can discover the secrets of the surrounding natural heritage. Finally,

Nav&Co offers with its Notebook mode, to find the recordings of the tracks of its previous trips at sea to be able to preserve the memory of its navigations.
