Shipping company Liberty Lines has officially expanded its Supervisory Board, appointing high-profile figures from the judiciary and public safety leadership to join Federico Tosi. The aim is to promote legality, transparency and the correct implementation of the 231 Organisational Model.
Carlo Visconti, a magistrate who previously served as Secretary General of the Superior Council of the Judiciary and as Deputy Prosecutor at both the National Anti-Mafia Directorate and the Naples District Directorate, has been entrusted with the presidency of the body. He will be joined in the Supervisory Body's new structure by Antonio Borrelli, Director General of Public Safety, former Police Chief of Benevento and Caserta, and Commander of Merit of the Italian Republic. He brings to the body consolidated experience in security management and highly complex investigative activities.
Meanwhile, Federico Tosi (PhD), a university professor and expert in corporate administrative liability, will also continue to serve on the committee. His continued involvement will ensure technical and academic continuity in the work accomplished thus far, maintaining the path of transparency and institutional collaboration that has already been established. It will also demonstrate a commitment to enhancing and providing stability for independent professionals who contribute to strengthening compliance controls and the constant improvement of organisational models.
