The Chairman of the Authority was also briefed on the latest developments in the work of building new tugs at the Misr Locomotive Factory, which number 10 marine tugs bearing the name “Azm”, as actual work began to build 6 tugs in parallel at the factory in Safaga, and work is scheduled to begin to build 4 tugs in cooperation with the Port Said Marine Shipyard of the Authority.

The length of each locomotive is 32 meters, its width is 13.5 meters, its height is 6 meters, and its speed is 12 knots.
