Job Description:
Sourcing the seafarer according to the requirement for the respective rank
Conduct aptitude, psychometric assessments & CES Tests of Officer
Conduct initial recruitment interviews and arrange technical assessments/ interviews with qualified/ approved Interviewers
Arranging the medical and ensuring compass compliance for new recruits
Handle all matters and ensure smooth and error-free embarkation and disembarkation of Officers, including medicals, certification, and any other requirements
Proposing officers to the planner post-verification
Assigning various training to approved officers
Uphold staff welfare and effectively strengthen and maintain a closer interaction between our colleagues at sea and shore
Assist the department as required, acting as a backup when team members are on leave
Liaise with global manning partners for the recruitment of seafarers
Plan an Induction/office visit for the newly recruited seafarer
Arranging their Medical and process with Flag state endorsements
Initiate their Pre-employment checks
Issue contracts to Officers
Building a strong employer brand
Arranging interviews with Panel members/MSI/TSI
Arrange their training - DOCMAP, Seably, Officers Induction, PJF
Guide/Train/Motivate team for smooth operations
Active participation in Audits
Arrange and take internal audits of third-party agencies
