ISA Yachts, a Palumbo Superyachts brand, is presenting the first unit of the Viper 130, marking a new chapter in the company's history dedicated to high performance. Measuring 38.8 metres in length, the ISA Viper 130 is a planing yacht built in GRP with carbon fibre reinforcements. It is designed to redefine the concept of performance yachting by striking a bold balance between speed, liveability and style.
Powered by three MAN V12X engines, each delivering 2,200 hp, and equipped with two MJP waterjets and a central MJP booster, the ISA Viper 130 can reach a top speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. An alternative version featuring four 1,000 hp Volvo Penta IPS engines is also available, offering a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots.
The exterior design, developed by ISA Yachts in collaboration with Fulvio De Simoni, and the interior design, also penned by De Simoni, blend harmoniously with the naval architecture, , developed by ISA Yachts in collaboration with Studio IngArnaboldi, with the contribution of MJP for the waterjet propulsion system. The result is a yacht with a strong and immediately recognisable personality, whose taut, dynamic lines express the model’s vocation for speed from the very first glance.
Below deck, the owner’s cabin, positioned amidships, features a floating-effect bed, walk-in wardrobe, lounge area, vanity with a Minotti armchair, and a double bathroom with a large central shower in Capraia marble. The custom-made headboard stands out for its elegant three-dimensional wave-effect panel, enhanced by a sophisticated titanium-metal finish. Leather, wall coverings, smoked mirrors and steel come together in a refined interplay of textures and reflections, creating an environment with a strong personality.

Carefully designed lighting enhances the different surfaces, creating delicate contrasts of light and shadow that highlight the three-dimensional quality of the headboard and the details of the furnishings. The palette, dominated by deep shades of blue, pearl grey and metallic accents, harmonises with the soft lines of the furniture and the textured surfaces, creating a contemporary, sophisticated and enveloping atmosphere.

The remaining four double cabins comprise two cabins with double beds and two with twin beds, one of which also features a third Pullman berth, providing accommodation for a total of 11 guests across five cabins. Surmounted by a carbon-fibre hardtop, the sun deck is conceived as a private and versatile space entirely dedicated to outdoor living.
In addition to the second helm station, the layout includes a large aft sunpad, a lounge area with Kettal sofas and Minotti armchairs, a spacious bar with stools, and a Royal Botania dining table accommodating up to 10 guests, paired with Tribù chairs. A complete and independent environment, designed to accompany different moments of the day, from cruising to socialising.

On the other hand, ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, announces the sale of a new 73-metre Custom superyacht, further expanding the shipyard’s portfolio of major custom projects. Delivery is scheduled for 2030. Developed around the specific requirements of an American Owner, the project combines generous volumes, advanced technical solutions and an exceptionally high level of customisation.
The project marks the first collaboration between ISA Yachts and Dutch studio Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, responsible for both the exterior and interior design. Naval architecture has been developed by Dutch firm Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.
Conceived as a fully custom project, the new 73-metre yacht will combine generous volumes with a sophisticated and highly distinctive design language, reflecting the Owner’s specific requirements and vision.
One of the distinctive features will be the Nemo Room, an exclusive underwater room integrated into the yacht. Expansive glazed surfaces will offer guests an immersive experience and a direct connection with the surrounding marine environment.
The layout will accommodate up to 14 guests across six guest cabins, in addition to the Owner’s suite located on a dedicated deck. A crew of 22 will support life on board and the yacht’s operations, with dedicated areas and circulation routes designed to ensure maximum service efficiency while preserving the privacy of the Owner and guests.
The interiors will be crafted by LIST AG, a recognised leader in bespoke yacht interiors. This marks the third collaboration between ISA Yachts and LIST AG, following M/Y OKTO and the 80-metre ISA Custom yacht recently launched by the shipyard.

“This project brings together expertise of the highest international calibre, and we are particularly proud to welcome Sinot to an ISA Yachts project for the first time,” said Giuseppe Palumbo, Sole Director of Palumbo Superyachts. “Sinot, Azure and LIST are recognised leaders in their respective fields, and the opportunity to work together on a project of this scale is a source of great satisfaction for us. It is precisely through the exchange of different experiences, design cultures and expertise that truly unique yachts can be created.”
The ISA Custom 73m further strengthens ISA Yachts’ presence in the large custom yacht segment. Its project portfolio now extends to 100 metres in length and finds its most advanced expression in the ISA Large Yacht Collection, dedicated to large tailor-made yachts.
