Holland Shipyards Group announces the successful delivery of the Men Skey, the third and final offshore support vessel (OSV) in a series of three built for Dixstone. Following the delivery of Men Cren IMO 1060057, MMSI 375864000 - sailing under the flag of St Vincent & Grenadines.) and Men Goe (IMO 1060069, MMSI 376912000) earlier in 2025, this milestone marks the completion of a remarkable newbuild programme for offshore vessels. Men Cren was delivered first in the series, and both sister vessels are currently operating successfully along the coast of West Africa. Men Skey will soon join them, further strengthening Dixstone’s offshore support activities in the region
These three shallow-draft multipurpose support vessels, with a maximum draft of 3.5 metres, have been designed for versatility and reliability in challenging offshore and nearshore conditions. Measuring 52 metres in length, 15 metres in beam and with a maximum draft of 3.5 metres, the vessels are ideally suited to operations in shallow water.
This hybrid propulsion configuration includes two main engines, a bow jet thruster and a centrally located, electrically driven azimuth thruster. This combination of power, flexibility and intelligent engineering enables the vessels to efficiently perform anchor handling, towing and supply duties in the challenging offshore environment of West Africa.

Thanks to this combination of power, flexibility and smart engineering, the vessels can perform anchor handling, towing and supply duties efficiently in the demanding offshore environment of West Africa.
The series of three multipurpose offshore support vessels for Dixstone showcases the ability to develop and build practical vessels tailored for demanding offshore operations. Projects like this demonstrate their approach to complex assignments, translating operational requirements into robust and reliable vessels from the initial engineering stage through to delivery.
Everyone involved in this project would like to thank Dixstone for their trust, cooperation and constructive collaboration. Delivering three vessels in such a short timeframe requires alignment, transparency and mutual commitment — qualities that this partnership has demonstrated throughout.
With the arrival of the Men Cren, Men Goe and Men Skey (IMO 1060071, MMSI 377249000) in West Africa, the full fleet will be operational for the first time, contributing to Dixstone’s continued growth in offshore marine services.
