Dr. Eng. Mustafa is a certified consultant Engineer from Egyption Engineering Syndcate. Holds and MBA from Heriot-Watt University,Scotland and revived his Doctorate from Toronto University-International, Canada.
Dr. Eng. Mustafa has more than 40 years working from ground up, in all levels and branches of port operations locally and internationally giving him unique overview of all aspects of port and logistics operations, 
Working with seating up Akexandria container handling company ( Dekhila Terminal) as we start up of 2 container terminals in both Alexanderia & Dekhila ports for AICT- HPH , then DPW Sokhna as purchasing, projects manager , then As business Development Manager at Saudi company working in ports Equipment in different ports in Saudia Arabia . Working with port Sultan Qaboos too.

Dr ElNahass was Appointed a Chairman & CEO of the Arab Stovedoring company in Alexandria port.

As we Consultani for the dry port authority in Egypt for dry port and Logistiecs projects.

Dr. ElNahass services has been used by the Arab Academy for Since and Technology and Maritime Transport as a lecture and researcher. Provided training courses for container handling equipment and cranes, PDP& ILO programs in different Egyption and Arab ports. As we as for off shore cranes in various petroleum production companies.  

He had also written and presented several papers ( 11 ones ) on various port related issues for the annual international port & logistics conference in and out of Egypt.
