Oasis of the Seas will offer seven-night getaways to The Bahamas, Odyssey of the Seas will sail seven- to 12-night vacations to the Caribbean, and Independence of the Seas will offer four- to nine-night getaways to Bermuda

The Icon of the Seas will sail from Galveston starting in August of 2027, Royal Caribbean International announced via a press release which the news was part of the company’s 2027 program announcement that included Texas, Los Angeles, New York/New Jersey and Baltimore .and the biggest ship from any cruise line

Caribbean sailings 

The statement emphasized She will be joined by the Liberty of the Seas, sailing from Galveston on four- to eight-night cruises starting in April 2027, as well as the Symphony of the Seas, offering four to eight-night Caribbean sailings from Texas as well.  The company also announced the Ovation and Navigator will sail from Los Angeles in 2027, with the Ovation offering short cruises and the Navigator on a seven-night program.

The Oasis will reposition to Cape Liberty in May 2027

In the Northeast, the Oasis will reposition to Cape Liberty in May 2027, sailing seven-night cruises, while hte Odyssey will sail seven- and 12-night cruises from the same port. In addition, the Independence will offer four- to nine-night cruises from Cape Liberty. The Vision will sail from Baltimore.

From the Northeast’s Cape Liberty

Royal Caribbean will continue offering a Quantum-class ship out of L.A. with Ovation of the Seas sailing short three- and four-night getaways to destinations like Ensenada and Catalina Island. Navigator of the Seas will offer seven-night vacations to the Mexican Riviera.

Seven-night getaways to The Bahamas

From the Northeast’s Cape Liberty, Oasis of the Seas will offer seven-night getaways to The Bahamas, Odyssey of the Seas will sail seven- to 12-night vacations to the Caribbean, and Independence of the Seas will offer four- to nine-night getaways to Bermuda, Canada & New England, and the Eastern Caribbean. In the summer, Vision of the Seas will sail five- and nine-night vacations from Baltimore, followed by nine-night vacations to Canada & New England in the fall.
