The MSC Grandiosa is currently offering a repositioning cruise to North America ahead of its maiden season in Port Canaveral. Having completed its summer season in the Mediterranean, the 2019-built vessel departed from Genoa on Nov. 19, 2025.As part of its trans-Atlantic crossing, the MSC Grandiosa is currently offering a 17-night cruise that features visits to destinations in Italy, France, Spain, Florida and the Caribbean.
The itinerary is highlighted by stops in Marseille, Barcelona and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in addition to visits to St. Maarten and Puerto Rico.Before arriving at its new winter homeport, the Meraviglia-class vessel is also scheduled to make a port call in Miami.
The MSC Grandiosa is then set to head north for its maiden visit to Port Canaveral, which is scheduled for Dec. 6, 2025.Sailing from Central Florida, the 4,888-guest vessel is set to offer a series of seven-night cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas. The itineraries feature visits to a wide range of destinations in the region, including MSC’s private island destination in the Bahamas, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve
Other ports set to be visited include Cozumel in Mexico, George Town in the Cayman Islands, Montego Bay in Jamaica and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.In addition to seven-night cruises, the ship’s schedule also features three- and four-night cruises to the Bahamas in January .As the second MSC ship in North America this winter, the Grandiosa will become the company’s second ship in Port Canaveral. Sailing from the port on a year-round basis, the MSC Seashore also offers three- to seven-night cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas.Upon completion of its maiden season in the region, the MSC Grandiosa is set to return to Europe for a summer season in the Mediterranean.
